As the founder of Insightful Relations, I bring over a decade of diverse experience in communications, business development, and public relations. My journey in the industry equips me with a unique blend of skills and insights, allowing me to offer a client-focused approach to strategic and effective communication solutions across sectors. I approach my work grounded in mindfulness, while nonviolent communication informs the identification of emotions and needs to help sustain relationships, manage conflict and build better communities.
My career began in the fashion industry as a model, where I developed an understanding of branding, public image, and the power of effective communication. Simultaneously, I worked in luxury hospitality, where I honed my abilities in client relations, event management, and high-level communication. Over the years, I transitioned into business development and public relations working with small businesses and school districts across the United States. Here, I advised and trained executives, developed and executed comprehensive communication plans, handled crisis communications, managed media relations, and gained invaluable experience in high-pressure environments.
